Help with Collaborate apps

If something in one of our apps isn’t working, or you have a question about it, email us. A real person reads every message.

How to reach us

Email carlos@letscollaborate.io with “Support” and the app’s name in the subject line.

To help us fix things faster, include:

  • The app’s name and version
  • Your device and iOS version
  • What you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one

When you’ll hear back

We reply within two business days, Monday through Friday, US Eastern Time.

Your data and your account

To ask what an app stores about you, or to have it deleted, email us with “Data request” and the app’s name in the subject line. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
